how can i swap my platforms for elements onto mac from pc?, Not sure if this is the right forum so apologies in advance!!

I have elements on my pc, but have now moved to a mac and want to bring elements across with me, how can i do this?? thank you!!

If you have bought it from Adobe.com(Elements 12) than you can Contact Customer Care And if you have bought it from a reseller than Probably you can install it on your mac(As it could be a multi platform license)

Note: Make sure that you have latest version i.e -  elements 12. If you have any previous version than you are not eligible for a Platform swap
