How can I switch INdesign to German language?

do I have to do a new installation or can I do it in the programme ? where ? how?

It depends whether you have a licensed product or a Cloud product...

You can swap languages/platforms for a latest licensed version product if you follow the instructions at the following link:

Hi Ned,

can you specify what way to change language is available when the InDesign license is delivered by package from the admin console? when delivering it, it always appears not in german. what's a workaround or solution to this? 

 

-> check OS language setting and/or in package if the option Syst language is activated

-> should create a package where to set the language to German, BUT use "language of the operating system" deactivated

 

this doesn't help

 

any advice?
