Question

How can I transfer the adobe acrobat pro XI onto my new computer if I have already downloaded the program on 2 computers

I had to get a new computer and tried to download the subscription that I have paid for Adobe acrobat pro IX.  Since I have already downloaded adobe pro on two computers, I am unable to download the program on my new computer.  How can I take the subscription I originally downloaded on my old computer so I can use it on my new desktop?

Adobe does not provide any contact phone numbers or emails to get this problem fixed.  Can anyone provide some assistance?

If you can no longer deactivate your license on the old computer(s), you need to Contact Customer Care to have your activation count reset.

You can have up to 2 installations of Adobe software at any one time.  So you need to deactivate one of your previous installs by going to Help menu.
