How can I update my adobe cs5 after installing new hard drive/motherboard?

I recently had to replace my motherboard and hard drive. When I went to update my adobe it says cant install try again later. Would this have anything to do with a new motherboard or hard drive? How can I get this resolved? I have tried to go online and download each individually but still does the same thing. Any help will be very appreciated!
