Hello, my CC does not give me the opportunity to update my software (Indesign, Photoshop, illustrator) with version 2017, why?

Click the gear icon in the upper right and choose "Check for App Updates".

Word of caution, if installing new versions, make sure to click the Advanced Options link on the bottom of the first dialogue and turn off "Remove Older Versions". Some of the new software has some serious bugs that won't be fixed until the next dot release.

We have three computers in our office using CC. Two have updated to 2017, the third does not give us the option to update. It's not under the "Check for App Updates" option.

I *think* that what caused two computers to update and not the third was adding a new app. On one machine Premier Pro was added in the last 30 days and on the other machine Lightroom was added. I think that adding a new one which was 2017 caused the other apps to "realize" that there was a newer version.

We are going to install a new program on the computer that didn't update, and I'll post the results here.
