How can Lightroom 6.0 from Adobe with a valid serial # be downloaded

Question

I have a licensed Light room product and unfortunately have misplaced the original CD. I had my lap top repaired and the repair company wiped the hard drive clean.

I have the serial number for 6.0 and understand I should be able to download directly from Adobe??? but how????
