How come the Apps page isn't loading at all?

I have tried accessing the Apps page, and whenever I do that, the blue loading sign just starts spinning and spinning forever, and I cannot access/download any Apps!  Already tried uninstalling, and Creative Cloud doesn't let me quit...  Also tried downloading the apps from the website, no luck. HELP!

Had the same problem. I finally solved it with the help of Adobe Support.

The steps included (for Mac OS X Yosemite):

  •     delete the  AAMUpdater and AdobeApplicationManager folders and renaming OOBE folder in /Library/Application Support/Adobe
  • delete the AAMUpdater folder and renaming the OOBE folder in /Users/<user folder>/Application Support/Adobe
  • use Adobe Cleaner Tool to remove Adobe CC Desktop (after which I also had to remove Adobe Application Manager fo OSX 10.6)
  • reinstall CC desktop.

After logging in, all the Apps where showing in the App tab.

For Windows users, probably something similar would work, but the folders will  have other locations. This could help in finding the correct folders: App doesn’t open | Progress wheel spins continually

Hope this helps!

Thanks Lucian.Albulescu - this did help.  I deleted the AAAMUpdater folder and renamed OOBE.  When I restarted my MAC, the apps loaded for the first time.

I am having this problem too.  Have followed all solutions found on adobe site for this including removing OOBE file and restarting - nothing works!! Still spinning (and can't quit) - FRUSTRATED.
