How come when you call adobe for help, the Adobe Creative Cloud app isnt an option to choose from?
I'm trying to call Adobe for support about the issue with my Creative Cloud App not updating (when you click the blue update button next to the individual apps, nothing happens). When you call they ask if you're calling about an adobe product. Yes. Ok select which one.... and they list every product under the sun EXCEPT the actual adobe creative cloud app itself. So I was forced to choose option 9 and they go sorry we dont offer phone support for that. (Why not?) So then I chose option 8 and I asked the man if I reached the right extension. He said no he'll transfer me.
