How do I access Adobe CC apps if I am on a cruise ship with extremely slow wifi on a Laptop MAC?

I will be in Asia on a cruise ship but may need to work on Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator.

I have an adobe creative cloud subscription and need wifi connection.

What are my options to get connected.  Does Adobe have a chat or phone? I can't find it on Adobe's website.

PowerMac Laptop OS X High Sierra 10.13.6

Normally I use my Mac Pro office computer for working in adobe so I always have connection.

Adobe isn't in the WiFi business.  Contact the cruise line about their WiFi service fees and equipment  requirements.

You only need Internet access when downloading software and for about 30 seconds per month to verify your CC subscription.  The rest of the time, you can work offline.  Just be sure to install and activate your Creative Cloud apps BEFORE you set sail to make certain everything works.

If you're on an annual plan, you've got up to 99 days of offline use available before you have to check in for a few seconds to confirm your financial status. If you check in occasionally via the ship's WiFi or a cafe in a port then you should be fine.

The software itself is installed locally and does not require an internet connection.
