how do i access the program i paid for for photoshop?

I just loaded my adobe photo shop elements 12... I provided the SN in the package to load to my PC... now it states that my SN is not right?

That is a problem because the serial number is basically the key to the program. Without the serial number, it will not be possible to install the program and activate.
