Dear Sir/Madam,

my computer broke and I'm trying to activate my Macromedia Studio MX on the new computer.

It allows me only 30 day trial.

I contacted Adobe support (case number ADB-1923982-W8P9) they advised me to contact you.

How can you help me?

Marina

When you ask a question you need to provide some basic information

    -Forum quick start https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-5601

Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?

Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause "odd" problems

Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission?

Exactly which version of the program do you have that is causing problems, and what error message do you see?

I use Windows 7 Pro system as administrator with all permitions.

The old computer also Win 7 Pro.

I'm reinstalling Macromedia Studio MX 2004 and it was working on old computer.

There no errors, it doesn't activate online and allows me the 30 day trial. Also the telephones do not work to get some extra code.

I spoke with Adobe customer support and they told me that I can help me in activating the product by providing me some steps.

I have the activation code: WPD700-08806-29294-41219.

    How to activate it?

will be able to help you in activating the product by providing you the steps.
