I am trying to activate my InDesign. I have the serial number and when I install it I'm being asked for an authorization code. I've already called and talked to someone via chat, but no answers.
Mariannew47819915 I am sorry that you are facing difficulty activating Creative Suite 3. Does the computer you are installing on have access to the Internet? If so then please see Solutions to sign-in, activation, and connection errors with Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications for details on how to resolve the connection error that may be preventing Creative Suite 3 from activating.
I did review the serial number under your account and there have been no recent activation attempts since 2012. There is also additional activations available once the connection error has been resolved.
