How do I add any of the Creative Cloud apps as shortcuts to my Windows hotbar?

I used to keep Photoshop, Premiere, and Audition CS6 on my hotbar for convenience but I cannot seem to find any way to pin any of the apps to the hotbar. When opening existing projects I can go straight to Photoshop without having to open the Creative Cloud app. It is the mildest of inconveniences, but it would make a world of difference if I could open photoshop with one click after starting up my PC.

I presume you mean the Windows Taskbar at the bottom of the screen.

 

When you launch Photoshop etc, right-click on the icon in the Taskbar and click Pin To taskbar.
