How do I add my free student subscription to my current Adobe PS6 subscription?

Question

I currently have a 1 year plan for Adobe Photoshop.

My school offers free Adobe Creative cloud subscriptions, and I have another serial number that can be used for more Adobe Creative cloud programs like Illustrator and Premiere.

Since I am already subscribed, how do I add my school subscription to my current Adobe subscription? I tried using another account but it linked to my original one and it did not have an option to put in the License serial number at all.

You need to contact Adobe Support directly when it comes to dealing with account matters. They should be available after the weekend.

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
