How do I add the student discount to my plan?

I've had the photography plan for awhile, and I recently became a student.  I updated to Creative Cloud All Apps today and I clicked on the link for students when I updated, but I don't think it went through because I'm being charged $32/month when it's supposed to be $20.
Please help!

    1. Log-in to your Adobe Account to confirm which plan you are subscribed to.   https://account.adobe.com/plans
    2. If it's not a student plan, scroll down to CONTACT and press the Contact Adobe button. 
    3. Type Billing Agent followed by Enter key and wait for a human.

    The $ 20 student complete plan is a special price for the first year.After the second year, it will be $ 29.99. Please rest assured that the student price remains the same.

    By the way, the price of the complete version of the regular plan is $ 52.99.

    32$ is the student price for the second and subsequent years. Contact customer service if this is not correct. Account and payement problems can only be solved by customer service, not here on this user to user forum.
