How do I apply my student Benefit

I am a College student starting from September. I've been paying for Adobe on my own since last October. My college offers free Adobe suites from September 1. I'd like to know if I'd have to cancel my current plan to apply the benifits, or if I can do something on my current account to apply it without me paying canceling fee. Thanks.

You need to Contact Customer Care for this. I suppose that you need to cancel. You will have to be a little more instant on the cancellation fee.

You need to take the student subscription. The advantage will be applied automatically, but you may need to prove your student status. That is described in the link "check my eligibility".

Be sure to look into the terms. The big discount is for the first year (20$/month). After that first year, your advantage will be 30$/month or 50% of the full price.

My issue is that the link you redirecting me to is not helpful because it assumes that I have a student product key which I don't at all because I subscribed to a plan direct from adobe online. Secondly the bot chat service is piss poor
