I tried that link (Adobe SE Asia store) and the dropdowns don't work. Clicking Add to Cart results in a Server Error. The link seems to be defunct.

Does Adobe still sell Lightroom 5? I thought it was 6 or CC only.

Adobe does not sell older version licenses for their software. You would have to find some third party vendor that is selling it and take your chances there.
