How do I cancel my monthly subscription?

Hello,

I decided to try out Adobe Illustrator for a month or two, and I enjoyed it. However I got a license with my school computer, and so I will not need Illustrator on my own computer for the next year or so. I was going to unsubscribe, but it is two weeks later and I still have not found a way to unsubscribe. Google only yields results for the adobe creative cloud plan, or some tutorial in which they have links labeled "Change plan" or something, which I don't have.

I bought my license from Adobe.

I would be really, really thankful for answers.
