I've changed the "Install" directory in Preferences but I still have over 2GB in C:\ProgramData\Adobe. Can all or any of this be set to 😧\ProgramData\Adobe, for example? (I only have about 2GB free on my C: disk.)
some adobe files must go on your c drive.
to move installation directories off your cc drive (except for lr), uninstall whatever's installed on your c-drive, change your install directory in your cc desktop app and then (re) install onto the changed directory.
