How do I change lightroom installation directory

The default installation directory has been changed and was successful for my Photoshop CC 2014 install, but the Lightroom directory stays as the default directory.

How can this be changed?

After speaking with a Customer Care rep, it's been confirmed that this is by design and there are no plans to change this.

This is a big hindrance for those with small solid state drives.  There are a lot of people who have small drives which store just the OS.  There is no room for extra programs.

Came here looking for an answer to this problem. Very sad to hear Adobe is not planning to solve this. I do have a small SSD and although LR does fit (just), I would rather keep the drive clean with just my OS installation. I could not find a way to send in a bug report or create a ticket for it, but I would have if it were possible.

Technically speaking it's not a bug.  This is done by design.  I imagine because there has to be references made to the catalog and library and such that need to be stored in the cloud.  Rather than orient their product to accept the endless possibilities, they've decided to mandate the norm.

Rather than put in a bug report, you'd have to put in a feature request.
