How do i clarify that my Apps are for the Apple Silicon Chip?

I own a M1 Macbook. When i open Creative Cloud and open p.es. Photoshop, the dropdown says «Open (Intel)». Is that correct?

Yes, it's correct.  Native apps work on both Intel and Silicon.

  • thank you. but my question is: how can i verify if i have the silicon version of the app installed. in the dropdown i only have "Appname (intel)" to choose from. 
  • and how do i then set up the silicon installation?
