How do i clarify that my Apps are for the Apple Silicon Chip?

I own a M1 Macbook. When i open Creative Cloud and open p.es. Photoshop, the dropdown says «Open (Intel)». Is that correct?

Yes, it's correct. Native apps work on both Intel and Silicon.

thank you. but my question is: how can i verify if i have the silicon version of the app installed. in the dropdown i only have "Appname (intel)" to choose from.
and how do i then set up the silicon installation?
