Question

How do I customise installation options for CC apps?

In previous versions of Adobe software, I was able to customise the options during installation, e.g. choosing not to install the Acrobat plugins for Microsoft Office.

How can I do this with Creative Cloud? I don't see the option; clicking "Install" in the Creative Cloud app just installs with the default options.

the only cc install options are

1.  installation location

2.  installation language

optional plugins are not installed, but may be copied from a previous installation.

Thanks, kglad.

However, optional features were installed when I ran the setup procedure, and I ended up with toolbars and plugins for Adobe Acrobat in my MS Office applications. I was able to remove them, by going into Programs and Features in the control panel, and modifying the installation, where I was then able to see the options to remove these features. This is backwards, however: I should see those screens during the installation and therefore be able to elect not to install unwanted features in the first place. This was the case with the standalone Master Collection products, so removing this in CC is a backwards step.
