Help!

My computer with the full Photoshop CS3 was stolen in a burgalary a couple of weeks ago.  I want to reinstall from disk on a replacement computer.  I have found instructions on deactivating but where you need to have the computer connected to the internet.  Obviously I can't do this.  I also want to deny the thief the opportunity to use the program.  Is there a way to deactivate in this case and so allow me to reinstall on my new computer?
