How do I deal with updates, which keep failing?

The latest Flash CC and InDesign CC updates keep failing. The only instruction that I receive is "retry." I have attempted to reach tech support (both live chat & phone). Chat just sends me to the phone support. Phone support does return my call, but then leaves me on hold. Can anyone guild me through update installation when the CC Application Manager does not work?

I have the same issue and I am on a deadline with a file that a client sent to me.  It is in CS6 and I only have 5.5 - I bought the monthly service so that I could get a version of InDesign 6 and couldn't get the free trial to worlk - now I get the same error message with the paid subscription.

Dbrundage what specific error are you able to locate within your installation log?
