How do I decide which country to purchase the plan for?

Hey,

I'm looking to get the Lightroom CC plan, but I dont know which country I should select for my plan. I'm german, but I am gonna be in New Zealand for the next year and I also spend a lot of time in a second home in Japan. What are the requirements for choosing a country and in which way does it affect the subscription? For example does it work just as well in New Zealand when I get the plan for Germany or does it check the location? And does it affect the language or is that interchangeable anyways?
