How do I downgrade plan from photography 1TB to the 20GB plan?

The answers on the idential search said I'm supposed to be able to chat with Adobe support. I went to the link which was a list of adobe products, but nothing there about changin plans.

How do I get in touch with someone who can change my plan from 1TB down to the 20 GB?

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
