How do I download a copy of PS CC to my laptop?

I subscribed to PS CC.  It downloaded to my desktop without a problem.  It will not download to my laptop.  Error message is "application manager is corrupted."

    Fhobin please check your task manager to see if the AAMNotifier process is currently running.  If so please end the process and try applying the update again.

    If you continue to face difficulties then please rename the OOBE folder to the OOBE_OLD folder.  You can find the OOBE folder at C:\Program Files(x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE.  Once you have renamed the folder then you can reinstall the Adobe Creative Cloud application at https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.

    Thank you for the reply Jeff. I am using windows 7 pro on both desktop and laptop. Error message was A12E1.
