How do I download Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0?

I have a Windows 7 computer and although I am not sure if this version works on it, I am confident that it will as I have seen and used it operating on a computer that used Windows 7. Where and how can I download this? I know that you need to have a CD but is there any other way, as in a version up for download online? I saw a link on the adobe website that claimed to have the 2.0 version up for free, but it did not work when I tried it. I know this is a very old version but this is the one I need as it has the specific tools that can only be used through the 2.0 version.
