How do I download CS5 to my new computer?

In 2011 I bought Photoshop CS5. The PC that I installed it on died recently, and I have a new PC now that I would like to download CS5 to without having to pay for it again. Is there a way to do this? I've been all over Adobe's website and can't find any useful information on the subject.

Download CS5 from Download and Installation Help

It will install as a 30 day time limited (but fully functional) trial version.

Install then enter your CS5 serial number to remove the trial time limit and license the software permanently on your computer.
