When I first signed up with Creative Cloud, CS6 would only download in Chinese versions. After two days and a telephone conference call, the problem went away. Now, with the latest Acrobat, it is back again.
Why?
Unserialized versions wioll use the system language, serialized ones the one dictated by the serial number. Creative Cloud products use the language defined in teh application manager. Set it to English and reinstall.
