I have downloaded a couple of creative cloud apps to my laptop but they dont appear in files on my acccount ? I suspect adobe views the downloads as trials and not as part of my creative cloud subscription? how do I transfer the downloads to my account ?

Reasonable reply which Adobe software titles are you referring too? If they are not listed then please verify you meet or exceed the system requirements listed at http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud/tech-specs.html.

If you do meet the minimum system requirements then please implement the solutions listed in CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html.
