I had purchase a new computer and would like to download my already purchase photoshop onto my computer

    All you need to do is install Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app using which you can install Photoshop .

    Windows :

    Mac :

    OK, I have done that five times. It is loaded, but still no Photo Shop.

    Please explain "still no Photoshop" in more detail. Where does it all go wrong?
