How do I download Photoshop Elements 14 and Premiere Elements 14?

I ordered upgrades to Photoshop Elements 14 and Premiere Elements 14. I can't find the My Orders page that the instructions say to go to. Neither can I find how to get to my cart. For a great company like Adobe, this is a pretty cruddily designed website which favors design over content and ease of use.
