hi,

I have plan to use XD, but i could not download, can u help me

you need win 10 anniv update, Find answers to frequently asked questions on download, install, setup, and upgrade of Adobe Experience Design.

This is not an answer, you pay no attention
• I have the latest windows 10 installed here
• XD don´t show up in the panel, so it is not available
• It did not install from your website, either

• New installation of Cloud Desktop App did not help

• Changing the language did not help
• I´m a german user for your info to bugfix that
• It is a mess after so long time that you did not fix it.
• It is not our work to invest in debugging your product
