How do i download to my desktop

I'm new to Photoshop, I recently purchased and is trying to download. it keeps saying it'll send link to email and when i open email and click link it repeats itself. Im having trouble downloading to desktop, what should I do?

Hi,

Can you download the Creative Cloud Dekstop, is this the one that doesn't download?

Directly to download PS and he launches the CCD.
