How do I follow the troubleshooting instructions for PSE10 installation?

Q. The installation for PSE10 says to make sure the downloaded files are in one folder. After I downloaded the 2 parts, 7z listed 2 folders and a lot of other files. Do I copy the files in the folders and outside into 1 new folder?

do NOT extract the 7z file manually.

copy the 7z and exe to a directory and then click (or double click) the exe.
