How do I fully Uninstall Creative Suite 4 from Windows 7?

I recently purchased a new computer which has Windows 7.  I installed my CS4 software and it was running perfectly until additional software was installed and in the process of that we had a circuit breaker trip and the computer shut down.  In order to get things back to normal at startup I had to reset to a previous time.  This made a mess of the Creative Suite.  I went through the uninstall process as well as the unistall color profiles rollback error when I ran into problems unistalling and trying to repair.

At this point I cannot use elements of the suite (Error says: The localized resource files for this application could not be loaded. Please reinstall or repair the application and try again.)  As previously stated...I have tried to uninstall and tried to repair.  Hoping that someone can advise me on how to fully unintall so that I can start from the beginning again.

Have tried Adobe Support but have spent several hours on hold without a live person.  I appreciate any help.
