How do I get a reinstallation registered as my subscription?

I had issues with Adobe Acrobat Pro XI subscription, so I uninstalled, then downloaded and reinstalled as a trial.  How do I get it registered as my subscription?

    Solved.  I downloaded a trial version instead of the version from creative cloud. Went to creative and downloaded Acrobat from there, and the process took over and was all automatic.  Key word in the original question was "subscription".  You can only install/re-install a subscription version from Creative Cloud. https://creative.adobe.com/
