How do I get Adobe programs on my PC?

Hi!

Yesterday I got a new Mac as a part of my school. The Adobe CC desktop app was already installed. I created a new account, then installed the programs by pressing try, but I still got the full version (I think this has something to do with my problems).

Today, I wanted to install Lightroom and some other programs to the PC I had from before. I signed on with the same account I use for my Mac, and to install Lightroom I pressed "try" as I did with the Mac, but this time I only had a 7-day trial version, not the full version.

My question is: How can I get Lightroom on my PC, these things considered?

What I think is the case is that the license for the CC programs was already installed when I got the Mac, therefore the license is not connected to my account, just this Mac.
If this is the case then I wonder if anyone knows if there is any way I can still get Lightroom for my PC.

Thank you for any answers, my 40k photos thank you for getting a better organiser than Picasa

If the CC Subscription is not covered by your school program, you would need to subscribe to the Student plan under your own username and password.

Cost:  USD  $20/month for the first year.  $30/month thereafter.  An annual commitment is required.  Don't cancel early or you will get hit with an early cancellation fee. Adobe Creative Cloud for students and teachers | Adobe Creative Cloud

Hi! So, is this PC you're talking about a personal PC? One not given to you by your school? It sounds as if the license on your Mac is not tied to an account, but just to the Mac. So, you wouldn't be able to download the software onto your PC. I would get in touch with your school's IT staff and ask them for help/advice... although if the policy is anything like the policy at my University, then you won't be able to install university supplied Adobe CC  on a personal computer. Best of luck!

Have you asked the computer staff at your school what to do with what was installed by the school?
