How do i get Character Animator with After Effects 2017?

Hi, my character animator 2018 was not working and i wanted to downgrade to 2017. But it seems that there is no way to download Character animator 2017. so i downloaded After effects 2017 but it did not come with character animator. Then i tried to get the 2017 desktop app but it upgraded right away. how do i get Character animator 2017? is there a way to get it with After effects 2017?

Thak you, but i'm trying to get the 2017 version of Ch and it installs the 2018 version.

צביד83574148 the ability to install older versions is only available if you have a full Creative Cloud membership.  Did you install After Effects CC 2017 through the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application?
