How do I get my file to download from cloud

I go to my folder and hit download under "action".

A window pops up asking if I want to open it or how I want it saved and then it does nothing.

The file is a book with 331 pages and it is 51 MB.

I am on internet explorer.

Try to use different browser or try to run it in compatibiltiy mode.

It is an InDesign file. I also selected PDF and it says it downloads but nothing is showing up in my download folder.
