How do I get my paid PhotoSHop to work, instead of the message Your tes-period is run out!?

I have paid for abbonnement and I changed to new computer! But every time I click install its says my test period is run out and I cannot use Photopshop!
And there is NO contact form or email! Even on your contact page there is no contact, even it says "only real humans"! LOL

So how do I get rid of the test-version? I even uinstalled and installed again from the program telling that I have it in my plan and playing every month!
How do I get a working PhotoSHop for my money?

And how do I contact Adobe? - it seems impossible!?

>WHY is it impossible to contact Adobe?

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
-make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This link will go directly to the chat option
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent without the quote " " marks

- or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

Thank you!

But WHY?

And WHY is it impossible to contact Adobe? - Its not ok!

And its not ok they just let their paying users be their support department!

You're welcome.

Maybe there was a temporary network issue.  Sometimes s h * t  just happens for no apparent reason.

I have no trouble reaching Adobe support. But I rarely contact them unless I have a billing, account or major technical problem.

Most customer care agents don't use the software everyday as we do. So user-to-user community support is invaluable. 🙂
