how do i get my photoshop (CS2) from my old mac to my new mac?

i have been trying to get my cs2 from my old mac to my new mac and can not get it how do i do it

    Big oops!  CS2 is only for the pre-2005 PPC Macs. If you have OSX 10.6.8, you can run it under Rosetta, otherwise you can't install or use it on an Intel based Mac  with OSX 10.7 or higher.

    You do not move, you install oon your new Mac. You can transfer your custom presets from the old Mac and when you are done you can choose to deactivate and uninstall on the old Mac if you will be giving it to someone else.
