How do I get some suport?

I've had a Creative cloud membership for 2 months and stil have not been able to activate the software.  I've searched all of the forums and performed all of the recommended remedial actions and it still doesn't work.  Adobe does not make it easy to get help either.  I've just about had it with Abobe.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you can provide some more details regarding the difficulties you are experiencing then it may be possible to provide some additional guidance.  Are you receiving any specific error messages?  What are you trying to accomplish?  Which operating system are you using?

It keeps prompting me for a serial number. I go into my account to manage my services and subscriptions and it says that I don't have any, yet every month I still get charged for it.

Can you elaborate? What steps are you taking? What error messages are you seeing? Which operating system?
