How do I get the free upgrade to CS6 that was promised when I bought CS 5.5 student edition? I bought 5.5 right before 6 was released and part of the package was that the upgrade was free when 6 was released.
I don't know if a promotion that was designated for two years ago is still in effect today, but you can check with Adobe Support by chat or telephone and find out. If the upgrade is still valid then they should be able to direct you to acquiring it.
