how do I get to talk to a human about an unknown payment thats going out?

how do I get to talk to a human about an unknown payment thats going out? Apologies first as I'm sure this is on here a lot but i'm dyslexic / dyspraxia and I panic on sites such as adobe, I've been going round and around! Anyway theres a monthly payment going out for 36.89 for 'adobe stock' that I can't rememnteber ever placing. I am the worst at checking accounts so I've only just realised this now after several months. Any help os appreciated. Tracy
