I bought a new computer and want to have my Adobe CS5 web premium (upgrade from cs3 and cs) installed. How do I do this.

Do I have to install Adobe CS and Adobe CS3 first.

I tried to install Adobe CS, but it only says that that is an upgrade which it is not.

I have all my products registered

You do not need to install the older programs.  When you go to activate CS5 you will be asked to identify the qualifying product by selecting it from a list and providing its serial number.  The qualifying product is the older one allowed for the upgrade, which in your case is likely CS3.

Same issue here - new iMac with a clean slate, want to use my licensed CS5 Web Premium. Support said to  download from Adobe.com. But so far only Acrobat Pro serial number worked in trial/subscription mode, not the fully licensed version.

Redownloading the web version of Web Premium again.....
