I installed Creative Suites when I first got it. I had computer issues and lost it because my hard drive was wiped clean. I was able to install it for a second time. Well, you guessed it, the operating system of my mac computer failed and my hard drive had to be wiped clean. They were not able to save my program. Can I install it again?
Contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations... ask for more than that. Then download and install whichever CS this involves and use your serial number to activate it. If you are not able to find your version thru the link below then identify your version and a more direct link can be provided.
