How do I install CS6 Master Collection on Mac using Akamai NetSession?

I've downloaded and installed the Akamai app on my Mac, but what next?  Do I go to the Adobe site and click on the download of CS6 which appears to download in the old, slow normal way, or am I supposed to launch Akamai on my computer to initiate download?  If so, how do I do this?  The text that comes with Akamai does not explain anything beyond the Akamai installation instructions.
