How do I install Dreamweaver with a redemption code/serial number that was used by a former employee using their Adobe account?

Someone in our small business previously installed Dreamweaver on another computer using the serial number and now I'm trying to install in our new computer, but it will not let me and says that the redemption code was already used by another account id. What do I do?

You will need the serial number and should also transfer the license to your own account.

Adobe licenses need to be transferred when they change users. Transferring the license allows the new owner to register the software in their name. Both the transferor of the license and the recipient must complete a Transfer of License form. The product serial number must be registered in the Adobe profile of the transferor to transfer the license. You must qualify under the Transfer of License policy.
